Legit asked this question almost everyday so here ya go.. PAY ATTENTION CAUSE THIS IS FAIL PROOF (AT LEAST IN MY OPINION).
- Doing squats WITHOUT WEIGHTS. If you add on the weights, your legs will gain more muscle and become even thicker. Just do some squats whenever you can (I do them while I’m drying my hair or watching tv).
- On top of that, hop on those tippy toes. Stand with your feet together and just go up and down from your toes to your heels about 100 times. Make sure we youre going up on your toes you squeeze your booty. tightens EVERYTHING.
- Side leg lifts are my lifeeeee. Tie ankle weights on and lay on your side (resting your face on your hand), do 100 leg lifts on each side (both kicking upward and outward).
- Jumps! Jump up and down onto high objects. I use anything. Cement Blocks, Couches if strong enough or workout boxes. On top of that, Jumping rope ! It rocks out your entire body and is #3 in the best workout to burn calories.
Also the usual of swimming and running.. but run uphill, its better for your whole body. And if you aren’t the type to want to put in any effort to anything, just run up and down your stairs 3 times a day in a row. Orrrr.. La on your back and shoot your legs into the air. doing mid air cycle spins (like you were riding a bike) It looks stupid, but its quick, painless and works <3
